Terms & Conditions

1. Quotation & Booking Confirmation

• Your Dream, My Mission: Every tour is crafted exclusively for you. Once you submit your “Dream Trip” request (dates, number of guests, interests, special wishes), I will collaborate with you to design a detailed itinerary and quote within 48 hours.
• Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed only upon your approval of the final itinerary and the payment of a 30% non-refundable deposit (unless otherwise stated in the Cancellation Policy).

2. Minimum & Maximum Guests

• Guest Limits: To maintain the quality and personalized nature of the tour, I require a minimum of 1 guest and can accommodate a maximum of 5 guests per private tour.

3. Pricing & Inclusions

• Tailor-Made Pricing: All tours are tailor-made and priced accordingly. The final quote reflects the number of guests, duration, complexity of activities, and specialist themes.
• All-Inclusive Rate: The quoted price is all-inclusive. It covers the guide fee, all local transportation costs (including gas/tolls) within the agreed itinerary, meals specified in the itinerary, and all activity/workshop fees.
• Exclusions: Prices do not include hotel accommodation, personal shopping/souvenirs, travel insurance (required), or transportation/fees outside of the agreed Kagawa itinerary.
• Group Discount: A discount will be applied for guests joining from the second person onward, as their rate excludes the primary costs of vehicle operation.

4. Payment Terms

• Deposit: 30% of the total cost is due upon booking confirmation.
• Final Balance: The remaining 70% is due no later than 14 days prior to the tour start date.
• Late Payment: Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.

5. Cancellation & Amendment Policy

• 
  Amendments: You may request changes to the date, theme, or number of guests up to 15 days prior to the tour date without penalty, subject to availability. Changes requested within 14 days may incur a 20% amendment fee.

6. Limitations & Liability 

• Force Majeure & Availability: I will make every effort to fulfill the agreed itinerary. However, if circumstances beyond my control (e.g., weather, natural disaster, sudden artisan cancellation, government restrictions) prevent an activity, I will propose an equivalent alternative. If no alternative is acceptable, I will refund the cost of that component only.
• Safety & Conduct: You participate in the tour at your own risk. I reserve the right to terminate a tour without refund if a guest’s behavior endangers the group, disrupts local communities, or violates local Japanese law.
• Insurance: Valid travel insurance is required for all guests to cover cancellation, delays, medical expenses, and property loss.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Japanese law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Takamatsu District Court.
